₹1269 Crore Ajax Engineering IPO Opens on Feb 10 ,
Ajax Engineering IPO : Ajax Engineering, which makes self-loading concrete mixers, has finalized the price band for its public issue. It has been kept at Rs 599-629 per share. The lot size is 23 shares. It is scheduled to open on February 10 and close on February 12. Anchor investors will be able to bid on February 7. After the closing of the issue, the allotment will be finalized on February 13 and the listing of Ajax Engineering in the stock market will be on February 17.
The IPO’s share allocation is structured as follows:
50 percent of the Ajax Engineering IPO is reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 35 percent for retail investors and 15 percent for non-institutional investors. The promoters of the company are Krishnaswamy Vijay, Jacob Jiten John, Kalyani Vijay, Madhuri Vijay, Prashant Vijay, Rachel Rekha Hansen, Savita Christina Alexander, Sean Alexander, Green Haven Trust, Ohana Trust, Jacob Hansen Family Trust and The Johns Lowes Trust.
In the financial year 2023-24, Ajax Engineering‘s profit increased by 65.7%, reaching ₹225.1 crore, while its total revenue grew by 51.3% to ₹1,741.4 crore.
Between April and September 2024, the company recorded a profit of ₹101 crore, reflecting a 21.8% increase compared to the previous year. During this period, revenue also rose by 12.4%, reaching ₹770 crore.
